function fn key is not working on my vaio, hp, dell and other laptop of windows

1.     Once any one change the original oem os of laptop the user will get the problem.

If any time user change. the original os oem given by the manufacturer of machine use can visit the website of manufacture and download utility software related to hardware and software interface which is easily available on the laptop manufacturer website with model number of device.

2.     Disable of hotkey option from Bios.

Open bios in your system check the hotkey

3.     Due to driver software issue.

You have to reinstall driver software from device manger of windows .

For device manager right click on the option of

>>> Computer

>> manage

>>computer management

>> device manager

>> click on arrow before keyboard option

>> select keyboard

>> uninstall

>> restart your system

4.     Hardware issue in key board.

This is a not a hardware issue
