Internet explorer and Google Chrome not responding (unexpected error)

1. Internet explorer

>> windows + r
>> msconfig
>>enter
>>services
>> disable unwanted services
>> apply ok

>>open internet explorer (alt +x)
>> internet options
>>Advance
>> reset on left hand side below
then restart system

if still issue persist
go to
>> control panel
>> un install program  or Program and feature option
>>turn windows feature on/off ( on left hand side panel)
>>it will show you please wait untick the internet explorer
>> ok
>> restart
>> again open turn windows feature on/off then make tick on internet explorer
>> select ok
>> restart system
