If you are facing the issue in printer and you are getting error " OPERATION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED ( ERROR 0X00000709 ). you can follow the following process.
1. open registry edit. click here to know how to open Registry edit
2. You will get list of folders in this you will get HKEY CURRENT USER in the left panel.
3. SOFTWARE folder
4. WINDOWS NT
5. CURRENT VERSION
6. WINDOWS
7. On the right and side panel you will get DEVICE
8. if in data area you will get data name different other than the Printer name that you are using
then delete it and restart your system.
