If you get any problem in touch pad and mouse you can use this trouble shooting process

1.if tapping, clicking, speed and scrolling not perfectly working same as you purchased a laptop.

to set default setting ( at same recommended by the manufacture)
>> open control panel
>>view by: large icon
>>Mouse
>> you will get various option  as shown below do sating as you want where you will get default option set to default.

2.  reinstall driver 

every input/output device must have installed driver software if these software you got with windows then you have to simply reinstall from device software.

>>open control panel

>> view by: large icon

>>device manager

>> click on arrow before mice and other pointing devices

>>Right click on the option other than intel 

>>click on the option uinstall

>> restart your system

3. if still not solve

view hardware specification of your laptop and visit manufacturer site for download the device driver software.

4. if still persist problem in the hardware, change hardware.

For keyboard only one process

>>open control panel

>> view by: large icon

>>device manager

>> click on arrow before keyboard

>>Right click on the option other 

>>click on the option uinstall

>> restart your system
